Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using FormSnap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Farhan Bukhari, the developer and operator of FormSnap.

FormSnap is a personal body measurement and progress photo tracking application available on the Android platform (and iOS in the future). The App allows users to:

• Capture and store body progress photos from front, side, and back angles
• Log body measurements including weight, waist, chest, hips, and more
• View progress trends via charts and visualizations
• Create cinematic progress reels (timelapse videos) from their photos
• Receive AI-powered observations about their progress photos (subscription feature)
• Track consistency through streaks and reminders

FormSnap does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

FormSnap offers a free tier with core features and an optional paid subscription ("FormSnap Pro") that unlocks additional features including AI insights, unlimited reels, and premium soundtrack options.

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through the Google Play Store.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Google Play Store policies.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You agree to use FormSnap only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to capture, store, or share photos of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Share progress reels that contain content that is abusive, offensive, or infringes third-party rights

FormSnap is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. The tracking features, AI observations, and progress reports are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program. FormSnap makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any health-related information generated by the App.

FormSnap's AI body scan feature uses third-party AI services (currently OpenAI) to analyze photos you explicitly submit for analysis. This feature is opt-in and only activates when you deliberately choose to use it.

AI-generated observations are automated and may not be accurate. They are provided as one perspective among many and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments of your health, fitness, or body composition. We expressly disclaim any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

The FormSnap application, including its design, code, brand assets, and non-user content, is owned by Farhan Bukhari and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your photos and measurement data remain entirely yours. By using the AI scan feature (opt-in), you grant FormSnap and our AI service providers a limited, temporary license to process that specific photo for the purpose of generating the analysis you requested. This license expires immediately after the analysis is returned.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or viruses. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, App errors, or user error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farhan Bukhari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for a FormSnap Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Farhan Bukhari is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification or an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will do so.
